Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 12, 2026
1. Introduction
Sensei Verse LLC ("Sensei Verse," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our website, web application, browser extension, and related services (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not access the Services.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Personal Information
We may collect personal information that you voluntarily provide when you:
- Register for an account
- Subscribe to our services
- Contact us for support
- Participate in surveys or promotions
This information may include:
- Name and email address
- Company or business name
- Billing information and payment details
- Amazon Seller account information (when connected)
2.2 Automatically Collected Information
When you access our Services, we automatically collect certain information, including:
- Device information (browser type, operating system)
- IP address and approximate location
- Usage data (pages visited, features used, time spent)
- Cookies and similar tracking technologies
We also keep the last 50 searches you run on the site (the search terms and product codes you look up) and the search terms you enter on Amazon while signed in to the Sensei browser extension (only the term and the marketplace, never the products on the page) for up to 180 days, so you can pick up where you left off. You can delete them at any time from the research card on your home screen.
2.3 Amazon Marketplace Data
To provide our analytics services, we collect and process publicly available Amazon marketplace data, including:
- Product listings and prices
- Best Seller Ranks (BSR)
- Keyword rankings and search results
- Review counts and ratings
2.4 Diagnostic Data (Browser Extension)
If you explicitly opt in, the Sensei browser extension records diagnostic events about its own operation to help us fix cases where expected data does not appear. This is off by default and is never enabled without your consent.
What we record: which internal step the extension performed, how long it took, whether it succeeded, and if not, a predefined failure reason (for example "page could not be loaded" or "product rank not found"); the extension version; the type of Amazon page you were on and its marketplace; the product identifier (ASIN) involved; the search term when you are on a search results page; and, when an error occurs, a short excerpt of that page's text so we can see what the extension actually encountered.
What we do not record: your name, email address, phone number, postal address, order details or customer information. Page excerpts are automatically stripped of such details before they leave your browser, and no excerpt is ever taken from Seller Central or account pages.
Records are stored only in your own browser and are transmitted to our servers only when an error occurs or when you choose "Report a problem". Diagnostic data is deleted automatically after 90 days. You can turn this off at any time in Settings, and you may request deletion of all of your diagnostic records at [email protected].
Declining or disabling diagnostic data does not restrict any feature of the extension.
2.5 Information From Google Sign-In
When you choose "Sign in with Google," we receive the following information from your Google Account: your email address, your name, and your profile picture. We request only the openid, email, and profile scopes, and we use this information solely to authenticate you: to create your account, sign you in, and recognize your account on later visits. We do not access your Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Contacts, or any other Google service data.
We keep this information for as long as your account exists. When you delete your account, or ask us to delete it at [email protected], we delete or anonymize it as described in Section 6 (Data Retention). We do not sell this information, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not share it with third parties, except with the infrastructure providers that are necessary to operate the Services (such as authentication and hosting providers), who may process it only on our behalf.
